this was a short flight in business class. I had problem in the Istambul airport - the lounge for Turkish Airlines was too far and we never were able to reach it

Worst experience with boarding once we left the wheel chair even traveling business we had to wait with all the crowd for the bus to take us to the plane then climb the stairs with our bags When you pay extra for comfort and convenience and you don’t get any is disappointing

Food is very turkish. No regard for other natinalities taste and preference. The entertainment can be improved- it was the same menu on 10/8/25 and 10/25/25. The boarding is the worst in the airline industry- I suggest you ask your staff to and watch how other airlines do it.

Everything was so smooth. It could be just a better temperature in the plane; it was a little cold.

Turkish Airlines will be my first choice to fly in the future.

I really enjoyed the food, only bad part on one of my flights my screen was a bit buggy but it wasn't a big deal it was one of their older planes so I understand that happens

I was not given basinett seat. The connecting flight was missed due to airline fault i was not accomodated for hotel.Drinks were normt served frewuently.Never travelling again on tirkish airlines.I always travel wiyh family by turkish airline but no more.zero stars

It was ok. Not the experience I expected from Turkish airlines

We couldn’t fly to Chicago on our booked flight. The flight was overbooked.

Outdated business class on this aircraft, no flat bed, and even minimal recline. Couldn’t sleep at all. Laggy and outdated entertainment system. Food sub standard.
