Pros: "Fabulous crew, good choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."
Cons: "Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for more than an hour. No courtesy to inform passengers. The boarding took place and all passengers were crammed into the departure lounge with no place to sit for more than an hour!"
Pros: "Latam could not issue a boarding pass at Santiago. This led to long waiting at Brazilian immigration checkpoint. Not having a Visa kept me.from entering the immigration and security wont let me in without a boarding pass. security supervisor had to contact Emirates ground staff who escorted me."

Cons: "People traveling on this sector just don't know how to behave. It's amazing how the crew puts up with this. As the food service is going on, there were several people who wanted to move up and down the aisle disrupting the service several times. When the flight was taxiing after landing, people had already got up from their seats and were trying to take their bags. Despite many announcements, pax did not care. Hats off to the crew who patiently handled it."

Aircraft used fir this route was pretty old. Seats 💺 were hard & difficult to reclaim although it was flat bed
I changed the flight, there was restriction from srilanka to india - airline is not allowing me to board with that ticket, i changed the ticket for my travel. Thanks!

Cons: "After travelling from the Maldives and our final flight home from Melbourne to Brisbane, several people had their luggage sopping wet due to rain at Melbourne. Everything inside the luggage was wet. Qantas Customer Service was not empathetic. They said it was only water and bad luck."

Cons: "I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka."

Pros: "Good sized seats and new aircraft, AUD airport is very pleasant and customer friendly. The vegetarian snack sandwiches are very delicious. I wish if they could offer them in every meal and to toddler passengers."
Cons: "I buzzed the light for service 3 times and not once did the attendant come and check on my needs. Our attendant was not customer friendly- infact I don’t recall her smiling once throughout the 13 hour journey. Overheard her being stern and rude with other passengers. I specifically asked the crew to deliver my stroller in AUD for transit since we were flying the next day and they didn’t fulfill our request. Luckily AUD airport has strollers so we used one and took it to our hotel. The fact that Etihad doesn’t provide hotel accommodation for 14 hour transits is beyond ridiculous. Really disappointed in this lack of arrangement for long haul flights."

Cons: "Not able to check in on line. Had to queue for 50 minutes at the check in desk. The passport control was almost as bad . I arrived at the airport 1 hour and 45 minutes before departure. By the time I had check in and pass through passport control and security it was just 20 minutes until flight departure time"

Some of the agents were novices After boarding some passengers couldn’t find place for their carry on a. They were rudley informed that they are carrying large carry ones and were threatened with deboatdong if they weren’t fast in finding alternate places for their bags"

I had over 15 hours of layover and no one had the courtesy to provide neither the airlines nor the online booking agent(site- Kayak)information on pre hotel booking. I have travelled through many other airlines who provide accomodation for long layovers without prebooking on arrival. It was a very unpleasant experience with the airlines. Upon asking at the service desk for accomodation the simply denied and informed about prebooking which I had no clue about. Thank you anyways. Hope someone else doesn’t suffer like this"

Pros: "Flight from chicago to delhi and the international conn to kochi was all excellent and seamless. I highly recommend flying air india if you find a last min good deal because then most seats are empty so you can stretch out and sleep."
