Crew did their level best to make it comfortable. But how many things they can overcome. Horrible food, Entertainment unit did not work Seat reservations were lost Seats where stinky, old and horrible Color scheme of sets was red and yellow. Horrible. Gowdy Crew was amazing nice, doing their level best to overcome challenges.
Flights are very old. No Screen working. Not super clean flight
Same old problems from earlier trip from jfk to Delhi
Not much to like. Lot to not like. Food was not what we selected for kids. Entertainment was non existent. Staff cared very little about anything.
Our paid seats were assigned to someone else. Horrible service
We paid for aisle comfort seats which were assigned to someone else. Horrible service.
Air India is using old aircraft whose in-flight entertainment systems are outdated. Get your own source of entertainment and a power bank because they don’t have charging ports on the plane. The flight was comfortable and the food was good. The staff was courteous and hospitable.
Baggage and immigration was a joke, no control of what airline or airport is doing. Entertainment system never worked. Food was hardly filling and does not taste good. Flight was never cleaned, garbage in tray and seats. Avoid if u have connectivity from Delhi or Mumbai.
Air India has absolutely zero sense of customer service.
I was charged for a business class fare and they gave me economy. The flight had no in-flight entertainment system. The plane is outdated old and dirty. I would not recommend this airline to my worst enemy. The first and the last time I’m flying Air India.
Both ways the video system was not working. My seat table was dirty. Food was decent.
Most of the screens and remove doesn’t work. Food was served just twice and no coffee/tea in between for such long journeys. Staff were nice, food was ok for vegetarians.
On both the flights SFO to New Delhi(21st May) and New Delhi to SFO (21st June) the in flight entertainment system did not work. This is terrible and cannot be acceptable for a 16 hour flight. Passengers should be refunded part of the fare.
flight time is very good seat and entertainment could be better
Old planes with broken seats and bad quality food
The entertainment system was shut off 2 hours into the flight for the duration of the entire flight for all passengers. This is like a bus with wings
It was not bad
T .v not working.and Delhi airport staff does not helping what to we do next where to go.and bags pick up and drop off for next flight it was very inconvenient after long flight
Seats were broken. Passengers on business class were bumped to economy because there weren’t enough seats in business and first for those who booked. Tray tables were broken. Very limited entertainment (eg two random episodes of each tv show). Food came out cold. Flight attendants didn’t show up to collect trays etc.
Entertainment system didn't work at all. Tray table was not level...
Chair seats were dirty and time for replacement
Better food and hygiene..
Crew was very good, tv was not working at all. Toilets needed more attention.
Food we ordered were not available.
Food didi not meet the expectations of business class. I had worst food ever in business class. TV did not work as usual. It was a boring flight as I couldn’t watch TV. Couldn’t even watch map route. All money in business class was just to sleep.
Took off after 2 hours. Missed the connection.
Flight was smooth, entertainment systems are broken, seats are wiggly, not clean enough, some staff are very rude, food is mediocre
The screens do not work properly and need upgrades. It would be nice if the crew is friendlier and conversational.
Very courteous helpful crew. The business class seats are not very comfortable. My tray table was broken. The entertainment system occasionally crashed.
