|Top route||Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson to Orlando|
|Top airport||Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson|
No entertainment or food service on this flight. Hence rating.
Very unfriendly ground and air crew. Really need a change in attitude
The seats are not comfortable, even for short flights. There is literally no food available on the plane.
I really dislike the tendency of delta to use small planes for major routes. It really isn’t comfortable to be crammed into a 737 for almost 6 hours. They have larger planes for routes like Lax —> HNL. They should use them.
Delta had to reassign seats since they rebooked us from another flight. We did that over the phone but then they lost that by the time we got to the gate. Didn’t have us checked in by the time we got to the gate. Not sure how that happened. And by the time we got to the gate the flight was full, they gave away our seats, and almost didn’t get on.
Delay caused my layover to not work out in Atlanta. Did catch later flight but got home later than I wanted to.
Flight was delayed multiple times
Sat on plane for an hour after boarding. The entire 5hr flight was freezing. Even the two gentlemen next to me were cold. No headphones offered for the super tiny movie screen.
The attendants were friendly and very attentive.
San Francisco worst airport I've ever been in to navigate. Almost missed my connection trying to figure out which gate I needed and how to get to it.
Haven’t flown yet. Delayed by 24 hours and stuck in ATL. Monetary loss of over $800 due to loss of work, alternate travel, lodging, etc. all this could have been avoided by ONE SINGLE FLIGHT ATTENDANT arriving to work ON TIME. NEVER FLY DELTA.
Trip not complete due to late flight attendant delaying flight 1.5 hours, thus missing connecting flight in ATL. DELTA failed to hold connecting flights and one left EARLY. I will never fly delta again.
Had wheelchair assist throughout the trip……excellent service.
I had to fly standby to get home otherwise I’ll have to spend another whole day in Atlanta they scheduled me on a flight 24 hours later from the one that I originally was scheduled on only because Delta canceled the flight
My flight was canceled and I had to spend the late night sleeping on a bench in the airport. This was because they were no rooms left at Delta Atlanta Delta should realize that when you cancel a flight you need to follow up with those individuals and not just leave them to fin for them selves and then just leave them hanging in Limbo and them stay overnight in a bench in the airport that wasn’t my fault it was your fault
Only thing was tsa lines was a little confusing and Long delta was excellent
Flight was delayed over 13 hours. Very frustrating getting updates and had to advocate after being told no numerous times to be informed.
everything was late from boarding to take off to landing to taxing and then finallllly getting to the gate.
We never left Sat on tarmac for two hours
Sitting In the plane for 1 hour not knowing why
The overall flight experience was great !!!
Mediocre food in First Class, I had better food in Economy.
The bathrooms were out of order for most of the flight. This is unacceptable.
The entertainment system was broken
Flight was delayed 3 hours
I followed all airport, tsa & delta staff regulations. They charged me a fortune. $750 to check luggage which went to Baltimore without me. I need two of those bags sent to Atlanta now. I will be on hold for an hour with them trying to resolve this. I will be flying home on America or United
FLight was late departure and arrival. Entertainment system did not work. Wifi did not work. Food was edible, but just so.
On board Delta flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x35x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Delta assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
