Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.
Check in was quick and easy during early hours. Flight was on time, and customer services was a plus.
I understand that the food on the airplane wouldn’t be fantastic. However, it wasn’t good at all. 😭

Plane was crowded and even when we hit altitude, the plane was hot, not enough air flow.
Ok. Get a different kosher caterer. The food was odd.

Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Loading was delayed multiple times, due to what seemed like boarding pass check system failures, or poor process. Additional delays due to plane congestion on the airport tarmac. All was made up by comfortable seating, good food and good in-flight entertainment.
Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.
Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating
The flight was very smooth and good. Boarding was fast, but the staff was just decently friendly.
No food to provide, they forgot that, in some cases, people stay at the airport for hours without food. Now, to provide them with food, they have to ask them to pay, because some don't have money. That way, they can't eat.
Flight was cancelled last minute. Had to scramble and purchase a $2000 flight through a separate airlines. Stuck in Toronto two extra days. Missed my first two days on a new job. Had to rent a car for an additional two days. Scrambled to fins a place to live those extra two days. Spent a ton of extra money and lost a lot of money, as well as made a poor impression at work. Difficult difficult difficult
Terrible, return flight was cancelled a night before the flight was scheduled to depart and I was notified by an email and an automated message on their phone line. I’ll never book Air Canada again
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
Good flight, friendly crew and overall - good service on United Airlines.
Somebody either kayak or Air Canada booked my flight under my preferred name Betty instead of my legal name and I almost was denied boarding my flight
