Other than spotty internet, great servic, comfortable and smooth flight!
Don’t preorder the diabetic meal if you don’t have to. Whoever creates those meals thinks everyone loves fish, and hates seasoning. In a world where we can find diabetic friendly candy and low card bread, it’s surprising that places are still serving flavorless gelatin and rice cakes. Boarding in Taipei was chaos. They tried to form a line but didn’t manage it. So once the gate was opened, the line didn’t matter and everyone just mobbed to the front.
Flight staff were very courteous and efficient. Aircraft (seats, lavatories, etc) was kept clean and replenished
For the price, it was better than other airlines; quality of food and service was very good.

I think the business class service has declined as compared to how it was years ago. I am not a fan of the hello kitty graphics. Boarding was long and not well organized. The lounge in Taipei was not very good, the food was very poor. Did not live up to many international business class lounges.
Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed
It was a pleasant fly with Eva Air from NYC to Taipei. The crew were friendly and the food was exceeded my expectation.

We boarded the plane and were about to take off when we were notified that the tires had to be checked. Upon inspection, they were found to need replacement, so the entire plane had to be deboarded. After we exited the plane, United staff forced us to stay in the gate area by posting "Do Not Exit" signs on the doors connecting the gate area to the terminal. Many of us had already rebooked our flights and had no checked bags, but they told us we could not leave. This seemed inappropriate to hold people under false pretenses. When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. The agent refused, and I told them that it didn't feel right to hold people like that.
Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.
Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.

Good but airlines getting smaller. I didn't like the meal but the service was fine. Flight was fine and luggage arrived. So good.
They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.
I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry
The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!
Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.

There is a problem with the sound while watching movie or listening to the music ( the sound is static & goes on and off). Aside from the sound, the experience was good & stewardesses are nice.
The charges for overweight luggage were not clear, I think I paid twice, I didn’t argue because I was traveling alone & already felt exhausted.
The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.
The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.

Waited at airport from 10 am till 4 pm and no flight due to fog. Ugh.
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.

Your questions don’t quite make sense. There was no food service as far as I know. Short 2 hour flight. Nice crew. On time. Older plane that looks to be ready for a tuneup. Sagging, stretched pockets etc. No entertainment system, screens etc, which makes sense on a short flight. Seat etc at the low end of the comfort zone which I’m sure you already know. Totally okay for a short flight. Sure would not to take a longer flight in the plane though.

How long ,and having to fly west of Regina to Edmonton , then fly over Regina to Toronto 👎, then to puerto plata !! Same on way home, puerto plata to Toronto then fly over Regina to Calgary👎. Then back to Regina !
Miss the tv at least showing the map as one travels.
this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.
Air Canada has very professional , friendly and co operative crew.
Crowded and tight fit on Rouge. Entertainment requires your own mobile device. Small bag of pretzels is only food for 3.5 hour flight.
Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.
Really had a bad experience with air Canada. My flight cancelled one day before my trip. When I reached at airport before 1:30 hours before the departure time. They said boarding was already closed. I called the customer support and emailed them they didn’t respond me even once. I had to buy another ticket on the spot.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.
Flight was ok but being left waiting for over 2 hrs at baggage claim at destination and there being no air Canada reps on hand was totally unacceptable especially after you charged $31.50 to check the bag !! This should be refunded .
Late getting off the plane. Took a very long time to get my luggage. Ended up missing my next flight, had to rebook and get a hotel room. Costed $800
Paid for Air Canada but got Rouge - no entertainment no chargers
