Quick boarding for a big plane. Lots of room for overhead luggage. Two beverage services. Nice crew!
I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.
The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.
The service was horribly they dilate my flight 24 hours and I lose my flight yesterday because from Washington to Atlanta the flight was late and from Atlanta to Tegucigalpa leave early
We were in the plane for 3 hours before we could depart. No one offered us a drink or snack.
Delayed flights leading to incredibly tight connection times, staff inconsistent with messaging re the source of the delay, zero compassion for customers, offering $700-$1,400 to get off the plane when you charge $200 to change a flight 2 weeks in advance is especially galling! Will not fly with United again whenever there is a viable alternative to my destination.
The breakfast on the international flight was pretty good. However, there were more frequent snacks and healthier options when I flew internationally on Delta.
I didn’t like that my pre-flight request for gluten-free snacks/meals was ignored. I didn’t like the attitude of one flight attendant who couldn’t bring herself to empathize with my allergy to gluten— which causes painful cracks in my palms and fingers.
It did not register my touch very well. It was hard to navigate through the movies as the scroll interface didn't work smoothly. The whole system needs to be updated, including the hardware.
Crew was nice
I hated my seat. Last row. Seat didn’t recline. Right next to the bathroom. That should not even be a row for passengers!
One crew is rude while I was ordering food while she is delivering the beverage after the order time. She simply told me they don't have what I want to order and leave. After 5 mins, I pushed the service button and nobody responded. After half hour, I ordered the food from another crew passed by.
After I landed, they suppose to return my stroller set at the airplane gate. But they said it is not there, ask us to wait at the airport gate. We walked outside and they broadcasted again, I didn't hear very clearly but followed most parents to walk out. We wait at the baggage claim for almost 1 hour and finally, the baggage crew came back to the gate and found our stroller.
There was a huge problem with the paper work..Names were not filled out right ( middle names missing) and Last name Misspelled even though on our copy it was first spelled right.
To many delays. To Mazatlan and back to Vancouver, than to Winnipeg.
Everything went well with the flight. There were some technical difficulties but nothing that was within West Jet's control.
There was one crew member that was being really passive aggressive with a mom behind us who was just trying to keep her kids quite and happy.
The other crew members were sympathizing with the mom, but this one woman was just being stubborn for what seemed like no reason. If the other crew members say something is ok, I see no reason why she had to be difficult other than being spiteful.
