Cons: No meal option and my video screen volume did not work

Cons: Late boarding. Slow de-boarding.

Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Cons: Stop being LATE!!!!

Pros: The people were all very helpful.

Cons: The system was down. Had to stand in line for an hour. I had carry on and Global entry. But couldn't get my boarding pass without seeing an agent.

Pros: Our crew was good but everything else was awful. A 1/12 hour flight ended up with us on board for 6 hours.

Cons: Mechanical problems.... crew out of hours.... you name it .... it happened on my flight!

Cons: The gates were backed up due to cancellations and weather. Missed flights, lost luggage and some very angry people.

Cons: Boarding took along time and then the plane was delayed, not their fault but it made the trip less enjoyable. Manila is a poor hub.

Cons: Terrible flight ? Captain lied to to us and kept saying two more minutes 5 more minutes , etc Stuck for 4 hours . Plane had a problem and captain said it was glued and that was suppose to be like that

Pros: This was Japan airline and the crew were very respectful and responsive and food was amazing

Cons: The gate change was not announced on my phone app (changed from E7 to D49). I hate leaving out of Terminal E at MIA. There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal.

Cons: Absolutely no accommodation for seat assignments and the lady at the gate was so rude for even just asking to sit next to my fiancé even though there were tons of single people on the flight.

Pros: Most of the staff were good and helpful. Chicago had a snow storm and it was frustrating but not their fault...I did get a free drink on the plane for all the delays.

Cons: Terrible that United charges for Carry on bags!!! Most airlines don’t do that but this is almost getting like flying in other low cost airlines. The price was not super competitive and on top they give you mediocre Seats, they split your family members just to push you to pay for the upgrades.

Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.

Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home
