My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The flight was comfortable with the exit row and great service
Plane was crowded and even when we hit altitude, the plane was hot, not enough air flow.
Ok. Get a different kosher caterer. The food was odd.
It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth

We tried to upgrade to economy premium but were told this was not possible as we had booked through United Airlines (and Air Canada was operating the flight). This seemed silly given there was ample space in economy premium. Additionally, we had to wait almost 1.5 hours upon arrival to taxi to the gate. Otherwise, the crew were very pleasant and passengers were friendly.
It was my first time with United Airlines and I would say it was very good experience and best of all the flights were on time. Will definitely fly with United Airlines next time.

I liked the behaviour of the crew members.The flight was good.
No food to provide, they forgot that, in some cases, people stay at the airport for hours without food. Now, to provide them with food, they have to ask them to pay, because some don't have money. That way, they can't eat.
What a silly survey to send - all AC flights were cancelled due to the strike so of course we did not fly yesterday
Flight was cancelled last minute. Had to scramble and purchase a $2000 flight through a separate airlines. Stuck in Toronto two extra days. Missed my first two days on a new job. Had to rent a car for an additional two days. Scrambled to fins a place to live those extra two days. Spent a ton of extra money and lost a lot of money, as well as made a poor impression at work. Terrible, return flight was cancelled a night before the flight was scheduled to depart and I was notified by an email and an automated message on their phone line. I’ll never book Air Canada again
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.

Mixed experienced. Nice staff. Spacious 787 better than cramped Airbus, though my seat was broken. The bad: Way overpriced ticket and charged for food despite 6 hr flight.
