The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive

Cancelled flight, had to rearrange plans independently and no vouchers offered

The TV screen at my seat was not functioning for the entire duration of the flight. I informed a flight attendant about the issue, and I was told that I would receive a voucher as compensation. However, I never received this voucher afterward. I therefore kindly request to still receive the voucher that was promised to me.

Everything could be better, the worst is the crew, looks like they are not happy in the work. Air Canada is downhill for years, every flight looks worst. Hope they can fix the issues, by now, just flying AC in toutes with no other alternatives. Shame.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.

Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement

very late flight, small uncomfortable seats. no refreshments except small plastic cups of juice or water, no snacks, no food given, no earphones given unless you pay.who has earphones with jacks anymore? what good are those except for your plane?

Luggage was lost and Montreal airport is my least favorite for navigating .

My advice to anyone using Air Canada to not risk your vacation with them. Against my better judgement, we opted for 3 flights to go from Charlotte NC to Quebec. CLT to Toronto, then to Montreal, then to Quebec. Thought since we left at 6 AM on the originating flight with plenty of layover time, on the same airline (Air Canada) all would work out. NO SUCH LUCK! Try to get an originating direct flight to your destination. Learn from our mistake.
