Pros: We loved everything! The location (so close to clifton hill), breakfast in bed, french press coffee, complimentary champaigne, the upgrade they gave us, and the bed and towels! We will stay there again. Many people are complaining about parking, but $17 a day sounds reasonable compared to $50 a day charged at the hotels by the falls.

Cons: The check in front desk guy was pathetic. He just said anything he liked. It didn't feel like I was checking in in Sheraton. He charged me saying for taxes when everything was prepaid. I told him how's this possible. Then he changed it to that it's block against incidental charges. Very poor check in.

Pros: I liked how affordable the rooms were. Coming from out of the country the staff made our transition good. The owner was very friendly and knew a lot of things to do around town. From my room we could see the gorge. The location on River Road made it an easy drive to the falls and back. The biggest reason I wanted to stay at the Crystal Inn was the price but I was pleasantly surprised with the service, rooms, location, and bang for the buck. I'll be back.

Cons: Some of the towels were slightly dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. The swimming pool and the whirlpool are inside the front entrance (same place as the breakfast and check-in), so it's very hot and humid in that space. It also smells of chlorine everywhere in the hotel. For this reason, I think, the air conditioner was on the whole time (even though I had turned the room unit to heat, because it was snowing outside)! The room never smelled of chlorine though. The TV reception was also spotty at best, but ultimately not an issue, as I was out most of the time. The elevators are a little slow, but very cool, one being glass and facing the inside of the lobby.

Cons: Everything was extra money. We got there and we had a prebooked room but my dauggter brought a friend so now instead a 5 ppl we were 5 And a baby so they made us upgrade. That was an extra $80 per niģht even though the room was $ 75 per night. The 2 cars were $44 a night. The whole adventure ended up costing us $450 for two nights.
The room's thermostat was not the greatest so we froze.
We usually stay at the Victoria inn and we will deffinetly stick with it in the future. Parking is included and they are always happy to give you a crib instead of making you upgrade your room.

Cons: The room was very small There wasn't enough room between the wall and bed to stand and get in bed, you had to enter from the bottom. Mold in the Bathroom and Bathroom was outdated. It was functionally difficult to use. The drain in the sink was busted and the shelf covered 1/2 the sink so brushing your teeth was difficult. .
A room with 2 queens should accommodate the people and luggage associated, and it was very tight
-The staff try to upsell everything. If your hotel includes breakfast for 2, the try to upsell you on the delux package. It's not service for service sake or to be a great hotel, but just another way to extract more money from you.
-Dinner and breakfast was expensive and includes a "tourist tax"
-We stayed in 6 hotels as we toured through Canada and although the view of the falls as great, it was our least favorite hotel of our trip.

Cons: Only downside would be parking underground, but that wasn't a big deal with all of the other positive things about this hotel.

Cons: The Motel part of the hotel is from the 1960's. I upgraded to the Hotel part. Everything is very used and run down. The parking garage is scary (a coat of paint would go a long way). The rooms are used. The bed linens and towels are old and low quality. Some Days Inn Executives should spend a couple nights there.

Pros: It was a very short commute to the Hornblower Cruise, walking distance. 24/7 convenient store literally next door.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and mostly clean rooms. Parking, despite the $10 charge for it, is decent and was allowed to leave my car there all day even after check out in order to continue my sight seeing.
Cons: Pool is accessible only by walking across a court yard to the main building. More of a car motel than a hotel. Also, despite the room being clean, there was a lot of ants crawling in through the cracks near the bathroom entrance. Had to take paper And wash cloths to cover the areas to limit the amount of Ants coming in.

Cons: I nooked this room and so did two other family members. My room was gross, stains all over the carpet , we didnt have a fridge or mocrowave . Our het tub was dirty and didnt work. The other two familes had nicer rooms with fridge microwave and falls view. They paod cheap price too. The applebees was cloed down for maintance . Over all experience i would never stay there again

I was dissapointed there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room and the ice bucket was big enough for only 2 drinks. We had to use the recycling bin as a ice bucket instead.

Pros: There was abosolutely nothing to like about this place except its location. Upon check in, the room assigned to us had yellow stains on the pillow and excessive hair when comforters were lifted. I was staying with 2 kids so I had to make sure the took was super clean. Anyways, after discovering the stains and hair, I went back to the front desk and asked to have our rook changed; he immediately grabbed a couple keys and took me to a show completely opposite to us. The room as he opened had this strange odor; so I went ahead and checked the pillows and BAMM...bed bugs here bed bugs there. Bed bugs every where! The staff felt very embarrassed. Took a photo to show his boss in the morning (I did too for evidence

Cons: Hmmm...bed bugs under pillows and comforters, yellow stained pillows, hair every where, cockroches under "clean" towels. The staff is extremely rude and will not take ownership of anything that may be wrong with the room.

Cons: The manager and staff were very disrespectful and rude. We had confirmed a check in time of 8am days before our trip yet they denied us a room and argued with us for two hours until I called bookings.com. The room itself was cleaned quickly but not well.
I would not have written a bad review if they had spoken to me with respect.
