I was shocked to cancel 10 days out and be charged for one night anyway. Broken knuckle meant no hockey tournament. Hotel said sorry 30 day cancellation policy for hockey teams. I guess I need to guess when an injury would happen. Such an easy fix but all I got was “Sorry for the inconvenience.” Won’t be going back and will avoid Marriott hotels if they can’t do what’s right. Hope you enjoy my mon...

The hotel is lovely. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I got a better room rate on a lower floor which was better than originally booked. The room was very comfortable and clean. The towels were exceptionally fluffy! We ate at the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Both were very good and reasonably priced for what we ate. The view was fantastic! Cons (-) The elevators are frustrating. One side only goes to 12. The other all the way to the top. Invariably, when you need to go above 12 you more often than not get the one that doesn’t go there. It’s maddening

Pros (+) Location and view from room was amazing! We loved being able to watch the fireworks in PJs from the comfort of our room. Received early check-in (very grateful!). Room was clean and updated nicely.
