Friendly host, good location, nice garden, good breakfast
The web description of the "suites" are overrated. The rooms were quite small and simple. We stayed in Italian suite. One room had an awfully uncomfortable sofa bed for two, tilted and very hard to sleep on this. You can feel the metal under you. This is far from a proper sleeping bed.

Location was great! Hosts very friendly and we felt very welcomed, they let us leave our car parked at their property after check out for a few hours while we walked around the city (parking in the city was hard-so this was a great gesture)

Susan's B & B is ideally situated that you can park your car in the parking lot and walk to just about everywhere. It is a 30 minute walk to Table Rock where the falls, Niagara Fury, Behind the Falls attractions. About 20 minute walk to Zip Line and the Hornblower boat ride. In the other direction a 30 minute walk to White Water Walk. Clifton Hill attractions are about 10 minute walk away. The Bird Aviary is a 5 minute walk. WeGo can take you to the other attractions like the Butterfly Conservatory, Floral Clock and the Aero Cable Car. The home is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The owners made you feel welcomed. Bring along slippers or house shoes as the home is shoe free.
Breakfast be more diversified. Eggs, sliced ham luncheon meat or sausage and toast. There were occasional pastries, pancakes and muffins. The beautiful breakfasts on the web page were not served. Parking lot is tight. If a SUV/Minivan park in the last spot to the street, it is difficult to get out of the lot.
