Pros (+) The location is amazing in the heart of the Clifton Hill activities & only 1-2 blocks away from the falls. The rooms were quiet, couldn’t hear much commotion on a busy weekend.
Cons (-) There is no free breakfast, which I read there was on many sites.

Pros (+) Everything was great. The location, the food, the walk to the falls was only about a mile and was not a bad mile!
Cons (-) The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was not very comfortable but it was ok for the 1 night.

Pros (+) Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the location as very close to amenities and The Falls. Very loud air conditioner drowned out noise of nearby activities. Breakfast included.
Cons (-) Smelled like cigarette smoke in our nonsmoking room. The toilet kept filling with water after flushing and we had to adjust and fix it on multiple occasions. Staff did not seem knowledgeable.
