Guests praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort was also a common concern, with multiple guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and helpful service, improvements in cleanliness and bed quality are needed.
