Pros: Seriously, everything. No detail is left imperfect. I have made this specific Best Western our mid-way stop between Fredericton, NB and Toronto for 3 years now (5 trips, 10 stays total if I'm counting correctly) and it will be the ONLY hotel we will stay at along the way for our years to come. The feeling of welcome in this hotel is unmatched, from the friendly staff who are always going above and beyond, to the smell of freshly cleaned rooms, the classy-yet-casual ambiance of the restaurant. And the breakfast buffet... DO NOT MISS IT. It is certainly a highlight of the BEST Western experience.

Pros: The motel on very busy Brookdale Ave in Cornwall, but our room was very quiet so that we were able to sleep soundly despite the well-muffled traffic noise.
5.0 Okay
Pros: it is very outdated, even for a over night stay, no food, have to go to the nearest town
Cons: locks were loose, carpet was an old mustard coloured shag, washroom outdated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very clean motel and we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who gave us coupons for some restaurants in the area.We were very pleased with our stay and would return in a heartbeat.
7.5 Good
Pros: I made a mistake in my first answer I would consider a good night poor like I wrote my finger slipped
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds, easy access from highway
6.3 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The property was fine. We booked in March and at that time I asked about dogs because we have 2 little non shedding dog and I got an email confirmation that the dogs were welcome. Well I got there told them in person about the dogs they said no dogs. The man I spoke to just kept saying no dogs no dogs he could barely speck English and there was an other young man there that kept apologizing for the older man. So they got the owner on the phone to talk to me and he said no dogs so I told him about the email I received and then he said “$10 for each dog and if I find any fur anywhere i’m going to charge you $50 more for cleaning”. I couldn’t believe it. I did explain to him that they were non shedding dogs. Anyway he allowed us to stay but was very rude about it.

Pros: Continental breakfast was much better than I've had at most hotels in this price range. Room was clean, daughters (XC runners) enjoyed running on trails to river (too far for me), staff quickly and efficiently dealt with a plugged toilet.

Cons: When we turned in a key to the front desk which we believe was used to try and gain access to our room the staff member, while apologizing, did not seem overly concerned. Due to a WIFI outage the hotel was unable to provide a receipt. I requested one be emailed to me which has not been done.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast buffet was quite good.

Cons: No continental breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Air conditioning worked great and lots of hot water for the shower. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the lighting and all the retro shelving.
Cons: Hotel came up on search for pet friendly lodgings. Email to say dont allow pets and signage on door to office. Poor service to lie to customers and waste of our time. Sour start to any transaction. Ants swarmed food left out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it was more comfortable that i predicted
7.0 Good
Pros: I was given a larger room, as they did not have a room with a single bed. This is a motel and not a B & B and it is a in town close to lots of restaurants etc. I was late in coming from New Brunswick to Ontario, so they checked to ensure I was still coming. I slept fine but woke at 3 a.m. so continued home from Cornwall. There is a small mini fridge so I was able to freeze up my freezer packs. There is also a microwave and old fluorescent lighting. The cost of my room was approx. $88.00, so for a clean room and bed, plus the ability to pull my car up to the door for unloading, it was great.
Cons: Quite a distance from the highway. Otherwise, it was great.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: So convenient to the highway, Tim Hortons Basic night of rest and a little breakfast for reasonable rates
Cons: The rooms are a little dated, especially the carpet, they smelled stale when we first arrived but once we put the air conditioning on it went away
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and the pool was warm
Cons: The hot tub was only one foot deep and colder than the pool The pool was nice and warm but the stairs go in sideways and then drips off Luckily a girl warned me because I could have hurt my bad knee Breakfast included was okay but nothing special They don't have elevators just stairs so we had to leave our luggage in the car and just choose what we really needed because when we booked it didn't say we were upstairs Probably wouldn't stay there again
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location is convenient, very close to the highway exit.
Cons: Upon opening the hotel room we were greeted by a foul smell. The room smelled of body odour, and the room was hot. We immediately opened the window to freshen the air, and later turned on the air conditioner. This eliminated most but not all of the body odour that the room was saturated with. Also, there was a lot of noise within the hotel from other guests talking loudly. Sound insulation in the room was minimal. The price of the room seemed excessive, especially taking into account the run down condition of the hotel and the uncleanliness of the room.
5.8 Okay
Cons: I have had a sore back since I slept in the bed ! They do need to be replaced immediately
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Very awkward. The towels were terrible. Thin, rough and one had a hole worn through it. Breakfast was included but was not stocked properly at 650 am. Eg. No syrup for waffles. A leftover pizza from another customer left on the counter. When I pointed it out to the desk clerk he told me it was left for anyone to eat. Not the best choice for him to leave it there not knowing where it came from. Worried about sanitary conditions.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The set up in the rooms was great. Clean bed and bathroom.
Cons: Rm 116 - smelled musty and moldy. It seemed damp. Curtains in both 116 and 113 had mold. Continental breakfast was not fantastic
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff!
Cons: Lots of other peoples hair on floor in bathroom and around tubs
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is near the highway. This is a good transition hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. It is very quiet even if we are near the highway 401.
Cons: Their fitness room is a joke. It is basically in a closet. They have three machines that are not working properly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to 401, adequate for a night stay, breakfast standard super 8 (meh)
Cons: Very poor coffee
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine, but the dining area was really hot.
Cons: Pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good location just off the highway,on the main road into the town
Cons: breakfast was rather small and very slow in replenishing things that had gotten low or gone
9.3 Excellent
Pros: All was good and they were able to change our date last min. Greeted by friendly staff made you feel welcome. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast included. Close to Hwy for quick and easy access.
Cons: A little dated but that was ok.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, and the breakfast choices, as well as the very helpful and personable employee in the breakfast room.

Pros: location is good.
Cons: room door to patio was broken and it was like that long time and hotel management did not plan to fix the lock, they just put a metal bar to hold the door, that's not safe enough for the stay. Breakfast, only has egg sausage ham in water, poor quality.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff were pleasant.
Cons: The room didn't meet expectations. There was a large bug in the room that resembled a roach. The air conditioner unit was so loud you couldn't keep it on. There was a tailgate party in the parking lot upon arrival. Not what you would expect. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, will never stay there again and don't recommend
Cons: Very expensive. Noisy. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast was a joke, rubbery eggs ,cold lunchmeat ham, stale bagels...I could go on. Didn't even want the room but couldn't cancel. Charged a 150 deposit
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Your hotel is a dump that needs complete renovation..will not use any Comfort Inns again..this was the second one on same trip...both terrible and would never recommend to anyone
Cons: List is too long ...
6.0 Good
Pros: Nothing special to mention
Cons: Unheated swimming pool and painting on the go everywhere inside

Cons: Lack of discounts cause I booked through 3rd party
8.2 Excellent
