Pros (+) Loved the setting and so great to be able to stay and play at the same place. No need for a car! Lovely garden setting.
Cons (-) A/c not working in one of our rooms. Needed to switch rooms three times before we got a room we booked. Restaurants not great and room service even worse. Despite messages and phone calls....no one responded for 3 hours!!

Pros (+) The location is great - walkable to downtown and right along the river. The hotel was clean and well maintained, bed was comfy, shower was nice and staff were friendly.
Cons (-) The crazy loud fan on the AC unit in the room. The hotel restaurant had a terrible chef the night we went. His attitude and banter were repulsive.

Cons (-) We went for conference for 3 nights, and there was a block of rooms for conference for group rating. I checked and was able to get a better room for $40/night cheaper through a third party booking site than the group rate.

Pros (+) I thought I had booked us a room with one queen bed and our room had two beds, I went to the front desk and they made an easy switch and gave us a gorgeous corner room with skylight. The skylight and panoramic view was awesome.
Cons (-) Everything was fabulous.

We were then told it was a $15 charge for parking even though we were so late and when we drove underground there was ample parking. We then went up to our room and discovered they gave us a double queen room. I called down to the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything until 5AM...
