Pro " Having lived in Singapore for 3 years now, this was one of the friendliest resorts we have stayed out during our time in Asia. The staff are thoughtful as well as friendly - bringing over ice water when sat in the sun loungers, being super flexible with ordering at the bar etc The view from the main resort area across the little bay is lovely and we were fortunate that the high tide was first thing in the morning so the waves lapped the shore at breakfast. Then it is really nice to explore the sand during the day when the tide goes out and watch the crabs, rock pools etc The room itself was super lovely and we also enjoyed some time on the day bed when the sun got a bit hot outside. Super enjoyable weekend and we would highly recommend "
Con " nothing :) "

Pro " The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they did everything to make our stay perfect, and comfortable. The surrounding of the resort are beautiful too! The food was amazing, and as it was my girlfriends 21st birthday, I booked the ‘candle lit dinner on the beach’. The restaurant staff and manager regularly made sure we were okay, we really felt like we were being treated like celebrities! The little touches with the heart and coconut candle in the sand made it picture perfect, and they even brought my girlfriend out a cake and sang happy birthday! And then even the executive chef came and had a chat with us, which showed how much they care about their customers. We were blown away! We used the spa a few times, and the atmosphere was so calming and welcoming. Although we have been told how Thai massages can sometimes be a bit painful, they asked us our preferred pressure and made us feel very comfortable. We came out both times feeling relaxed and revitalised! Overall, an amazing stay. It’s my first ever experience of a luxury resort, as it was my girlfriends birthday I had to make it special, and the staff really helped to make it just that! "

8.1 Excellent (4,317 reviews)
Pro " The hotel is one of many Resorts in Railey. But one of the 3 that have direct access to the beach in the west side. The famous Phranang Beach is a short walk away. The Sunset from the pool and reclined chairs was amazing, be sure to stay until the end, when the sky turns redish. "
Con " The restaurant looks way better in the pictures than it does in real life. The room we got with the bathtub had great location, but was a little old. The air conditioning was dirty and the bathtub was not used in a while, looks like the staff don't really put the items to use and check beforehand. "
