A continental breakfast in the morning would have been nice, but perhaps that is a relic of the past.

They wanted $18/ea for the breakfast their website said was free. They also surprised us with a hidden parking charge on the way out. Temp control in the room didn’t work and the tv remote was broken.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel is older and room was too warm and dimly lit. Had to leave window open. Breakfast was not included but the value for money was excellent and it was convenient for the conference I attended in the same hotel. Buffet breakfast for $18 was also good. Overall good value

Pros (+) I loved the location. Staff friendly
Cons (-) pool didn’t have towels I asked they didn’t bring them, elevator was broken the entire time, better checkout system (no line ups), bathrooms are tiny and old, room was ok, the store downstairs was closed all the time, considering everything around is 9-5 type of business kind of sucks.

Pros (+) It’s a fair price for value. Beds are fairly comfortable
Cons (-) They seem to have trouble with shuttles. Not adequate space for amount of people and luggage. The green carpets really need to be replaced.

Cons (-) There was a wedding/event on the first floor the night of our stay. Our room was on the third floor. We heard music and felt vibrations from the bass late into the night and couldn't get to sleep. The front desk did nothing.
