Parking is a mess, they provide a card that shows multiple underground garages but the access door for 4 Points from the garage is locked. Unable take drinks from bar to your room. Staff were unhelpful Should have stayed at the Sheraton Cavalier up the road

Pros (+) Kids under 12 years old eat free breakfast. Staff immediately replaced a non working microwave.
Cons (-) No coffee for guests after 11am in lobby. No lifeguard on duty in pool. Pool was over capacity.
