Was looking for a good value proposition, which this hotel delivered. Comfortable room / bed and clean. Bar / restaurant had a good offering and cold beer. Free airport shuttle was the clincher. Would definitely use again

Location was quite convenient to the freeways. The customer service was pretty slow and, while professional, not as enthusiastic. I nearly twisted an ankle walking down to the lower level/basement because the appearance of the stairs made it visually indistinct.

Good for a week’s vacation in the Greater Toronto Area. Location was conveniently close to the freeway, the hotel room was spacious and the parking was ample. Both of the elevators were not functional on the morning I had checked out.

Pros (+) Staff were lovely. Location convenient. Room very comfortable and the attached restaurant/bar convenient.

Pros (+) the restaurant was passable. very limited menu. Staff were excellent.
Cons (-) Parking was terrible. Under construction and we arrived in a snowstorm. Parking was not convenient and was expensive.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing, however the air conditioning was extremely loud I couldn’t sleep. There was only one towel in the room and there was long hairs from the previous occupant hanging from the lamp over the bed.
Cons (-) Housekeeping need to be more diligent when cleaning and they need to work on making the air conditioner quieter.

Pros (+) Burger was really good hit the right spot after a long tiring journey
Cons (-) Front desk staff when I called and asked for water because I was extremely tired says you have one complimentary in your or down in the lobby or you can come down and pay from the machine. I just told u in very tired as hotel send me water or say I will send u more at an extra charge has to call room service and order it. Poor customer service and rude

Pros (+) I liked the fast check in and check out.
Cons (-) For A Sheraton hotel it was lacking. I felt like I was at the days inn or motel 6. Not worth the money. Small rooms. Bathroom needs renovation, dental floss found on my bathroom floor... disgusting. Will not be back
