Parking not included, breakfast not included, $16/car per day to park, $24/person 6 and over to eat breakfast, only entertainment for kids was a TV and a pool, balcony not child proofed and easy for kids to get to and climb on, blackout curtains let in light from all sides, top and bottom making kids wake up when the sun comes up, carpet in bedroom smelled, no microwave, mini fridge has no freezer...

Our stay at the hotel was fine until 3 a.m. when a fire alarm started going. The building was evacuated until 4 a.m., along with our two-year-old son, who didn't go back to sleep until 5 a.m. We couldn't sleep well and found out it was a fire drill.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable but the dust in the room was appalling ....my girlfriend who I FaceTimed said what’s all that dust on the bedside cabinet
Cons (-) Better housekeeping that room hadn’t been cleaned in a week ....if I had stayed more than one night I would have complained .....I wasn’t even asked how my stay was when I checked out

Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. Shuttle to/from the airport is convenient, if you can time it right. Runs only every 30 minutes during the day.
Cons (-) I found charging for WiFi access to be a little petty. It's free for Hilton Honors members, so I signed up, but then was told it couldn't be given to me since I booked the hotel through a third-party site.

Pros (+) The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. I didn't bring a bathing suit, but the pool area looked very nice.
Cons (-) The prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit much and you need a car to get to places that are more reasonably priced in the area.

Pros (+) Our room was lovely, it was clean and well appointed. The beds were firm and yet very comfortable. We were at the hotel for a 3-day meeting for business and our meals were amazing.
Cons (-) The elevators in the South Tower were under repair / maintenance and that was inconvenient at times.

Pros (+) Almost nothing.
Cons (-) Filthy hallways on the 7th floor where my room was. Expensive wi-fi that was absolutely horrible. If I'm going to pay money for wifi it better be good --I wasn't even able to face time using the wifi. Staff that were not helpful when I left and acted as though I was wasting their time. This is the first bad review I have ever given a hotel. I expected MUCH better from a Hilton hotel.
