Staff was very nice and helpful.
Onsite car park was very full and their breakfast setup is far from optimal. They assign time slots so you either have to get up super early or really late. So basically you can't count on getting breakfast.
Pros (+) Good option, close to Dublin airport. Clean, decent food options in house.
Pros (+) 15 Euro Breakfast was great. reception staff was friendly. 15 minute walk to city center
Cons (-) Family room was a joke; tiny and unequipped for any sized family. Same size as any other room. View from most rooms is of the light rail line that runs directly next to the building. 'Turndown service' was a bottle of water and a chocolate; no room freshening or evening/bed prep. Parking ticket system was inconvenient but ok, smoked in room (which was remedied), shower not draining and room phone ...

Pros (+) Very clean and modern. Staff was wonderful. Only problem was not earning honors points because i booked through a 3rd party.
Cons (-) Non points rate. Property is a bit outside the city center

Cons (-) The elevator to the parking was broken, the A/C was out in the room (they did offer to move to another room, but it was late, and the parking validation didn't work requiring an additional trip to the lobby.

Cons (-) Advertised as an airport hotel , but it is not near the airport. It added extra time to make our morning flight. Also, they charged for the shuttle to the airport.
