Pros (+) The atmosphere in the Mint Bar. The layout of the Deluxe Room The MezzanineTerrace area. The concierge team were very informative The check in staff were very efficient and helpful.
Cons (-) Having to ask for the nibbles at the Mint bar Not much else, the hotel is pretty good which I would expect for the price that you pay to stay here.

Pros (+) 1st they are SO ACCOMODATING. Thanks to guest services, concierge DENNIS :-0 and the crew plus the front door attendants, managers, housekeeping are all amazing. Guest Service Rep came to greet us and had the goats milk avail for my daughter. In the USA we can only purchase at select store and did not realize it was more common to have in Dublin.
