Cons (-) Realmente no lleno mis expectativas, el personal fue terrible , la comida terrible , aunque hay que resaltar que nuestro últimos dia mejoró un 40%, demaciado a huéspedes y pocos empleados . No me gusto el trato para nada . No volvería Descartado de mi opciones en el pais

Cons (-) The entire resort is been renovated. So during my stay was horrible and ugly and in desperate need of care. roaches ran the place including rats on the common areas especially at night when there was very little foot traffic.

Pros (+) The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Many pools and food selections. Close walk to the beach and shuttle provided for those who don't want to walk. However, the walk is so close I never actually used the shuttle. Also, if your spending the day at the beach memories splash guest are able to eat at the buffet at royalton and there is a hamburger station for lunch whe...
Cons (-) Memories splash didn't actually have much amenities but a short walk to the sister royalton provided everything you needed from a gym, theatre, gift shop and the pool. Memories splash guest were often turned away from the dips bar which is the bar and swim up bar by the pool but there was a beach bar for memories splash guests to enjoy.
