Cons:I booked my rental for a 2 a.m. drop off Friday at the Cincinnati Airport. It never said that there were any issues with my booking. When I arrived at 12:45 a.m (early) Dollar was closed and the outside gates were locked. Not only that, but the rental office didn’t open up again until Monday. I was charged additional hours and additional days!! How can this be okay? It was not possible for me to return my car. Also, my car was very dirty inside when I picked it up which is additionally concerning with COVID.Reviewed 14 Sep. 2020
