Bad customer service. They tried to get me to upgrade knowing they would give me a free upgrade if I declined because they did not have a vehicle in my level I selected. The clerk also lied about having to buy the toll pass to go into Canada. The toll pass does not operate in Canada.Reviewed 15 May 2025

My experience with dollar wasn’t the best. I ended up paying Over $2000! The Rental they gave me wasn’t the Rental I purchased online. Plus the Rental had the engine light on as well!!Reviewed 1 Jan 2024
