Car was filthy inside and out. Super disappointing. My coat and the kids coats got dirty due to the car being in such poor shape. Additionally, that model of Ford is slow to respond and not a smooth ride. Will not rent again.4.0 Mediocre

Staff was friendly enough, but not very helpful. I ordered a premium car with enough space for 3 suitcases, didn’t get that. He said that’s all I got. When I suggested another vehicle I was told it would be $60 more. Definitely felt taken advantage of and did not get what I paid for. Uncomfortable ride to New York.Cons:

Someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in this car and attempted to cover it up with Axe Body Spray. I learned of this when I started my seven hour trip to DC. I coughed and sneezed for the first hour until the cilia in my throat, mouth, and nose got enough of a coating to stop reacting. My face acquired a greasy film that required vigorous washing upon my arrival in DC. The car was awesome, but that smoke was terrible.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was great - no issues with the car. It had some minor wear and tear on the outside, but they took note before we drove off. So close to the airport - overall savings was well worth the cost of a Lyft to get there.10.0 Wonderful

The counter was busy and I found it tiresome to wait around to get some unresolved questions. The SUV that I rented appeared to be fine however there was windshield wiper fluid. It was totally empty. I reported this to the agent in Buffalo who tried to convince me that it was frozen. That was the reason given. This is the way they justified the fact that they didn't have fluid. Totally unacceptable given the conditions that I had to drive on in the winter storm.10.0 Wonderful

Ridiculously long line with one employee apparently working the counter for three different car rental companies. Stood in line for 20 minutes before getting served (in part because all of the super-special priority people get to cut in line), and by then it was after midnight. Employee tells us: the computer says you were renting the car yesterday, not today. Us: "when we got in line, it was yesterday." Had he never worked the late shift? Pro tip: people on planes arriving at 11:30 pm are sometimes still standing in your line at midnight. It took 10 minutes for the employee to wrap his head around the fact that we'd hoped to be on our way before midnight and get the rental finished. Drop-off was also a mess, with all the parking spaces full and no one to direct people where to go. And the car was just uncomfortable. I'm on the short side, and there was no way to adjust the seat comfortably so that I had back support without the headrest shoving my head uncomfortable forward--even with a jacket rolled up behind me to compensate.10.0 Wonderful

At airport, no shuttle to off site rental car place. Called 1-800 # customer service to have them get a hold of somebody at offsite Alamo for a shuttle. Customer service agent did call the offsite place and said nobody was answering left a message with my contact # for them to get a hold of me and I still, to this day, Never received a call. The manager when we picked up the vehicle was extremely helpful. He personally got our vehicle, warmed it up as it was 16 degrees and loaded our luggage for us. He really went above to assist us.Cons:
Alamo needs to correct their automated answering messages as they do not direct customers correctly. Was not able to get to a real person, messages sent you in a circle and then disconnects.9.2 Wonderful
