It's impossible to understand how much they are going to charge. They tried to increase the price of the car of a lot of money. Thankfully I had the email showing the price I had reserved it for. They overcharge for deposits through a 3rd party company and they are not sure when the deposit will be returned, if it will be returned, as several people had issues with it. The deposit is $1000. There was a nice lady working there. 2 men standing next to her didn't want to help us out, one asked the other to help and he said no! When returned the car and asked for a receipt with charges they tried to tell us they would have emailed us. Not very professional!10.0 Wonderful

This branch Terminal 2 offered me a vehicle with poor maintenance. My family and I could have died on the highway when it malfunctioned. The staff couldnt care less about our situation and Mangosh even told me that ‘this is the Emirates, we are different, we dont offer the services you are asking for’. The team was deceitful and rude. I reported this branch to consumer protection services. If you dont want to die, avoid renting. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute payment to them. Kayak should not promote them.National

I went there with all the necessary documents. After some time waiting, they informed me that they didn't have the car I rented, nor any other car in the upgrade. Even though I have reserved the car way before AND paid for it AND called to confirm a day before, they did not have the car... I still didn't receive my refund by the way. They did offer a downgrade, but I couldn't send back home one of my kids with two bags!Enterprise Rent-A-Car
