I didn't know that the rental car would be on the French side of the Geneva airport. This was a major problem as I could not access it from the Swiss part of the airport without a boarding pass. I had to take a taxi to go all the way around the airport. It cost nearly 40 euros. A major, major disappointment. The lady at the check-in was wonderful. I think her name was Imen. The staff at Enterprise was great… personable and efficient! The phone calls to confirm reservation and information about rental was additional, positive, customer service. I wasn’t too happy about the cost of renting, but I know my options were limited and renting a large vehicle was necessary ( my only option ). I would hope Enterprise might send a coupon voucher to use for future rental reservation.Reviewed 10 May 2024
