I made a reservation for a truck online. Showed up and was told they did not have a truck. Made another reservation at a different enterprise online for a truck. The car was dirty when we picked it up. Also no one told us we would not be able to use our bank card when we picked it up due to us having an out of state drivers license. We had to drive 3 hours out of the way to fix that. Huge inconvenience.
