We got in a little late and the gentlemen at the counter was very kind and patient to wait for us to get things organized. He was supposed to close the counter and stayed open a little later for us. Staff were very friendly. Easy checkin process. The only downside is that our pickup location did not have child seats so not sure why my reservation went through. The evening male Long Beach staff member was particularly good to work with. Everything from checkout to return was fast and easy.
