The car was broken the check engine light was on and had turtle on the screen. It had no power. The excerlator was all the way to the floor, it wasnot going five miles per hour. We wanted to leave for 6:00 a.m. but they didn't open until 8:30 a.m.. When the did open they did not have another van to we had to go to another location. It had no battery power. When we arrived there it was on zero. We did not get on the road until after 10:00.Reviewed 17 May 2024

They were rude when I tried to cancel. They hung up on me. I wasn't rude I just explained I didn't have the money for the down payment for the rental but in the middle of saying that on the phone I got interrupted and got "uh huh. Got it *click*".Reviewed 17 May 2024

The person said cars are not avaipable even if they had cars and l have already prebooked it. Later the person said he will figure out something and gave one of the car as I was with the family there which are quite older. The questions asked during the car pickup were also quite irrelevant as compared to my previous experiences. Nobody asked me earlier who is your employer and give me your insurance details for some reason. Also, how the car appeared available suddenly after seeing I will be there standing figuring out what to do next. The car didn't had any viper fluid also. I am thankful that I finally got the car but the dealing and not giving the car in the first time either thinking to make it available for higher prices for future booking or some other reason.Reviewed 17 May 2024

Enterprise was a the worst ever. Car was not ready at pick up time. They tried to give me a mini van when I had rented a SUV. Then was told to pick up 2 hours later, and 1 hour later was told that car I had rented out was not rentable because of some exhaust leak. This place is just the worst.Reviewed 16 May 2024
