Excellent customer service, attention, and respect at this Main Street location. I dealt with the Dundas location last year, and was totally turned off by the lack of customer service and blatant disrespect at drop off. Turn-in at the Ridgecrest office was superb! Car condition was excellent! Pick-up counter was manned with just two agents for regular customers, took about 30 minutes to get to an agent. Had no clue about being able to check-in on-line. I still don’t know what the on-line check-in entails.Reviewed 16 Apr. 2024

They are not easy to contact by phone. When I wanted to verify that my vehicle would be there when I planned to pick it up; I got a Royal run around with Enterprise people trying to get to the local place of business. Phone kept being answered by their call centers with poor English speaking people. 😕 It took 5 phone calls to finally get connected to the local business site. My past experience has been that they do not always have the vehicle you sign up for on the day you arrive for it. Pickup was fine; agent was very nice. Vehicle was okay at first. Experienced mechanical issues and couldn't accelerate on the interstate 40-50 miles from the nearest city. Had to swap vehicle out in another city and move our luggage. Upon return, I requested a refund but was only granted a limited amount. The staff at the Enterprise location in Camp Hill were very friendly and professional. The van was ready when I arrived, the rental agent was very thorough in his walk around during the checkout process. The check in was fast and efficient.
