Cons:Staff Alex was not pleasant at the Hayward Mission Blvd office, kinda rude and condescending. Didnt even show us the features of the van. it woukd hqve been better if they rented the actual car they advertise on their site.Reviewed 11 Oct. 2020

The worst!Cons:Office opened 20 minutes late.Car was filthy, had used q-tips in the drivers side door. Dirty and stained seats. Car was not washed inside or out. Badly dinged and scratched. I was five minutes from the rental office and the low tire pressure sensor went on. I drove back to the rental office an the customer service rep said just take to the tire place down the street where they have an account! Also, the gas tank was pretty much on empty! There seemed to be a manager hanging around outside, walking around smoking but never helping at the counter. Terrible!!Reviewed 27 Sep. 2016
