Book Hertz car rentals in Hayward

Pros: The car drove well and was a gas saver.

Cons: I was not allowed to drop the car off at a different location. It needs to be more clear that there is no option for that before it is purchased.

Pros: handy to BART

Cons: No car available when I arrived. Fortunately someone returned one, but then I had to wait until it was cleaned

The worst!

Cons: Office opened 20 minutes late.Car was filthy, had used q-tips in the drivers side door. Dirty and stained seats. Car was not washed inside or out. Badly dinged and scratched. I was five minutes from the rental office and the low tire pressure sensor went on. I drove back to the rental office an the customer service rep said just take to the tire place down the street where they have an account! Also, the gas tank was pretty much on empty! There seemed to be a manager hanging around outside, walking around smoking but never helping at the counter. Terrible!!
