I know all of Hertz's materials state that cars are non-smoking, but I could smell old smoke. I also have incredibly sensitive skin and could feel the reaction coming less than 30 minutes after starting to drive the car. Overall, it was not a great experience. Even if the rest of the service is wonderful, but the car makes my skin sensitive flare up, I don't count it as a positive experience because of the time it takes for my skin to go back to normal after exposure to the rancid air.Reviewed 11 Oct. 2022

Pros:Nothing. I had a confirmation for a car and they didn't have one for me. I had to uber to another place to get a car.Cons:Having a car that I had confirmed online with a confirmation #. They had no car for me and I was told they couldn't help me despite having a confirmation #. Car never provided and service adviser impressively rudeCons:Having to rent last minute at much greater price from another company because my reservation could't be met Rude service adviser who managed to be nearly as unhelpful as unpleasant Asked to speak to a manager and was informed that no such person was available and was then provided with a (possibly fake?) number for the manager by the service adviser. No answer or return call. Service adviser was Ayesha, Manager was supposedly "Mercedes" I never heard back from either regarding fulfilling my reservation and rented from another companyReviewed 28 Jun. 2017

Terrible serviceCons:The front desk person was very rude and talked over me when I called for a ride to pick up the car. The outside of the car was filthy dirty. The windshield had bug splatter all over. I drove five miles home and parked it over night just to wake up to a flat tire. I didn't buy their insurance So i was screwed. I only needed this car while mine was having maintenance done. I only rented it for two days, to drive to work. Which I had to call out for one to fix the tire.
