We wait for 30" & take the shuttle to the car rental location / we wait in line for 45" for them to tell us we booked at a different location - I look at my email confirmation @ pay $39 to Uber to the location listed on my co formation email - it's a Hilton hotel & they said Hertz closed that location after the pandemic. I then try to call 9 get an actual person to try to find where our car is & after calling 4 locations & ask to speak to the local agency & no one answers any phones. I also tried to get someone at Kayak & no online chat available & God forbid anyone has a customer service phone number listed anywhere on their app. This was a pre-paid non-refundable rental. I gave up & got an Uber to our friends house which again cost $85 & we have now wasted 3hours & our friends made lunch for us & it takes another hour & 1/2 to get to their house because of traffic!! I waited on the phone over 30" to talk to someone to get credit for this debacle & received - but $3 credit - but no Uber reimbursement. I will never rent via kayak againReviewed 15 May 2024

Went to website to add another day to rental, accidently canceled. Called the phone number and explained that I fat-fingered the buttons, I did not want to cancel but add another day. The associate was very unhelpful and still penalized us with a cancellation fee that was a few dollars less than the rental was. I will never use Hertz again and will tell everyone to go to Enterprise instead.Reviewed 15 May 2024

I misordered for the wrong weekend. They fixed the order and had a vehicle available. Great car only 2k miles clean fresh and very comfy for the 6 hrs each way trip. Definitely a 5 star deal. The folks in the office were polite and super helpful. Thanks guys.Reviewed 14 May 2024

The car rental did not work out. I would not recommend. We arrived about 40 min after pickup time and they said they no longer had a car for us. They offered us an electric vehicle or to pay more for a truck. We took the electric vehicle and the minute we got I. The car and turned in the AC the whole car smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to cancel the car because it was not drivable. And had to go rent a car elsewhere. Terrible experience. And they wasted 2 hours of our day.Reviewed 14 May 2024

We waited an hour to pick up our car after arrivong a bit early and it seemed uncertain whether we would get one at all. The seemingly only person working inside did not try to organize or direct the room of 10+ people waiting at all. Then, they were snippy when questions were asked and we attempted to sign in to ensure we'd get a car in the order we arrived. Might be fine for a long trip because of the price, but don't rent if you need to be elsewhere at a certain time or just for a weekend. It's not worth the wait.Reviewed 13 May 2024
