Pros:The drop off process was bad. The Hertz location was suppose to open at 7:30am but nobody was there. There was no drop box to leave keys. I was late for work waiting for someone to show up - they arrived to open the location at 8:15am.Cons:Customers shouldn't be waiting to drop off a vehicle. All locations need a way to drop off keys. It was unacceptable that I was forced to put my day on hold and be late for work because nobody was at the location to receive keys.Reviewed 1 Apr. 2021

Was not treated wellCons:I tend to see the best in people... but it was hard in this case. One of the two employees there was so rude I could hardly believe it. Good service, smelly carPros:The service, especially on return, was very friendly, quick and efficient. The car was a Hyundai, which was fine.Cons:The car smelled. I mentioned this and was told they didn’t have equipment to fully clean the inside. Just wipes and deodorizing spray. So, they can’t really properly clean the seats, which were dirty. Pros:They provided a windshield scraper which I needed quite often during. They cleaned it quickly between the last renter & myself very quickly to get me on the road and on with my life.Cons:The brakes were very dodgy, super sensitive & that was difficult to adjust to in the snow.
