My car smelled of old smoke. There was trash under the seats. To speak to someone is nearly impossible. I wanted to report the cigarette smoke smell so I wouldn’t be held responsible. Took three phone calls and long waits to speak to someone,Reviewed 16 Feb. 2023

Pros:Pickup was wonderfully easy; upgraded from intermediate to a large SUV. Drop off through Dropbox at airport very simple.Cons:Car could have been cleaner inside and out.Reviewed 12 Apr. 2021

Pros:The drop off process was bad. The Hertz location was suppose to open at 7:30am but nobody was there. There was no drop box to leave keys. I was late for work waiting for someone to show up - they arrived to open the location at 8:15am.Cons:Customers shouldn't be waiting to drop off a vehicle. All locations need a way to drop off keys. It was unacceptable that I was forced to put my day on hold and be late for work because nobody was at the location to receive keys.Reviewed 1 Apr. 2021
