Very bad we tryed to change the driver as my physical license was lost and they would not allow us to do it and they also would not give us a full refund

Unfortunately they did not make it clear that unlike other international companies you must have a PHYSICAL international driver’s license to rent the car. Additionally they have zero flexibility for arrival time despite attempting to call multiple times. Ended up not giving me a refund either after not accepting my virtual intl drivers license and physical American one

They didn't have a car for us when we got there because we arrived a few hours late due to a delayed flight. They said it was a no show so they gave the car to someone else and then tried to charge us double to get another car. And they still charged us for the one they gave away and have not refunded

Finding the pick up and drop off was a nightmare and we lost hours of time. Not clear where to catch the shuttle bus in Rome. The locations are not proper on google maps and the address provided exists near the wrong airport in Milan. We loat 1. 5 hours. Also, terrible experience with Marco in Milan, so rude. Receptionists were nice. Car was fine.

Showed agent damage when I picked it up and she told me they knew about it and not to worry. When I returned it no one came to look at the vehicle and then I get an email that license plate was dented and I scratched it? I was not impressed.

We got a nice car which was one size larger than the one we had booked.

Cons:

Pickup was extremely slow. Also, even though we had pre-payed everything they still managed to find some extra fee which was deducted from my deposit.

Pros:

Short location from arrivals hall. Car upgraded at no extra cost. Car was clean and comfortable and a pleasure to drive. The directions to the Maggiore "return car" area were extremely useful. The drop off was quick and straightforward.

Cons:

Although the check-in was quite quick and the lady pleasant, she did create a bit of fear factor regarding theft and breakdown in order to sell extra insurance (we had actually taken out our own excess insurance cover).
