Cons:
I didn’t even get to rent the car because I didn’t have a valid pay stub that was valid for the last 30 days prior to renting. But due to COVID-19 that was impossible considering I was laid off back in March. Was told a bank statement would’ve worked but Enterprise doesn’t take that as a “proof” anymore so I’m not even sure what the point of telling me that was.Hertz

The person was rude when getting the car. Then the tire pressure light went off. I had to go to a mechanic to adjust tires. The USB port wasn’t working. The car wouldn’t go above 52 mph and was bucking. Overall, the car and the company was unacceptable.8.0 Very good

I would love a drop off option where I could return the night before or didn't have to wait in line. I waited in line for 20 minutes (with a Lyft outside) and when I got up, she said, "Oh, I didn't know you just had to return." Seems like there could be a night drop off option!8.0 Very good

The vehicle was not ready, took me almost an hour to get the vehicle, the attendant waiting on me had to call a manager, I felt like I had to beg to get them to let me take the vehicle due to a problem on their end, I had tickets to a hockey game which cost $1600.00 almost missed the game6.0 Okay
