Rent a BMW in Niagara Falls

Customer service was good. Was told if I brought it back a couple hours past due I'd be charged 30 bucks an hour. I was charged for another whole day. Wasn't sure what the problem was.

Pros:

I liked how pleasant the staff was in niagara when we picked up the car. I liked the car we had.

Cons:

The drop off in Toronto was horrible. We had to keep driving around the block in downtown until we spied a teeny tiny sign that said enterprise. Once in the parking ramp it was really confusing where to go to drop off the car. I am still concerned that I am going to check my credit card statement and find a charge for the parking ramp. Horrible drop off experience.

I liked the vehicle. Did not like the employee as he was not there when he was supposed to be. When he did show up he didn't apologize just carried on with this routine. People were waiting. The location doesn't answer the phone. Not a good experience.

We would not know how the cat was as the location did not have a car for us. We were traveling with a family with kids and seniors, who had walked a mile to pick up the car. The guy behind the counter had no interest in giving us the car and had zero empathy, when we pointed out to him that he has several cars in the lot we were told they were out for maintenance. Lucky for us enterprise was nearby and both rentals from enterprise were good experiences.

We expected to rent a Toyota RAV4 like was shown on the rental website. Instead, we were only offered a Jeep Compass which is quite inferior to the RAV4. The return was okay except we arrived just past the closing time due to road closures in Quebec City. The attendant was closing out for the day but said we would get a credit statement sent to our email address. None has been received to date.

When I dropped off the car I had made sure everything was nice and clean and filled up the tank more than I needed to in order to be as courteous as possible. When the staff member came back in from inspecting the car he claimed there was a stone chip in the windshield. I asked him to show me because I did not see anything. He pointed to a bug splatter. We argued but it didn't matter. I wrote a claim saying that I disagreed. I am concerned that some crazy charge is going to end up on my card that is not valid. Worst car rental experience I have ever had.
