The price I was quoted in my booking was WAY different than what I ended up actually having to pay... about $200 more! Be aware for all the fees and ask for clarification.8.4 Very good

Cons:
The drop-off was a nightmare. The drop-off location was extremely difficult to find, no signage telling us where to park, where to drop the keys, etc. We had to do a lot of guessing and walking around asking and looking for help. In the end, we weren't sure we had done the right thing or that we had left the car or the keys in the right spot. The support phone number had no answer.10.0 Wonderful
