Pros:
The cost was reasonable for the length of time we had the car. We had looked around before and this was the cheapest we found. The car was in excellent shape when we picked it up and we had no issues returning it. The pick-up was extremely useful for us as we rely on transit in the city. We were very pleased with our choice.Cons:
It would have been nice if we did not have to request the drop-off ahead of time and it was just offered as we forgot to do so as we were on the road. I feel like there should be someone dedicated to this service as every staff was busy with the customers at the office and we could not wait for the drop-off to become available.Dollar

When I arrived to pickup my rental, the car had been given away to somebody else and they had no vehicles left for me. I had booked a week in advance specifically because it was a holiday weekend so there is no excuse for this. I missed a family gathering because of this problem.Cons:
