Pros:

When I arrived to pickup my rental, the car had been given away to somebody else and they had no vehicles left for me. I had booked a week in advance specifically because it was a holiday weekend so there is no excuse for this. I missed a family gathering because of this problem.

Cons:

They could have kept a car available for me as per my rental agreement.

Cons:

The return fee was 1/2 of the price of our car. There has to be a different way for people to use one way vehicles for travelling without the large fee. It almost makes it not an option for travel.

I liked that the service was good and they did not have any hidden charges. My car was clean and i did not have to wait long to get it. The car was nice and in good condition:

Cons:

I didnt like how they didnt have any sudans available. They only had a van available and i had to pay more for gasoline to fill up the tank.
