Pros: Friendly, easy-going customer service. Good price. My wife was really stoked that we got a Fiat 500.
Cons: Only one minor complaint: once you leave the rental counter it can be difficult navigate through the innards of Frankfurt's Terminal 1/2 to find the cars. The rental agent tried to describe it, but we still got lost. I think there could be better signage, or maybe the Enterprise folks could hand out a simple map.

Pros: Very friendly service when I needed help. It seemed that representatives actually cared what I cannot say for any of the other service providers in Frankfurt, especially Buchbinder & Global Drive who have provided me with the worst service ever.

Cons: Pickup process was extremely long. We were given the wrong vehicle 3 times. It was the worst experience on our first day in Germany. The price of renting was ridiculous. Never renting again.

Pros: Car was new.
Cons: The attendant showing us the car had no knowledge of the vehicle. Did not walk around the car to show damage/no damage. We requested GPS, was told the car did not have GPS, then got in the car and it had a built in GPS.
Tried to return the hand held model given to us and then was told they could not take off the charge for the GPS. It felt like we were getting the run a round and people were rude.
Was told the vehicle would be a Ford S-Max and there were none in the lot. Had to get a C-Max. Just overall a bad experience.

Best price in the bunch
Pros: Price of the rent was great, car was an upgrade, nice clean car and great location in terminal 1
Cons: Attempt of the personal to sell me insurance was intrusive to say the least. I wish you be more sensitive towards your customers.

Pros: I likes The convenience close to the airport. The bellman was absolutely lovely and helpful
Cons: The reception never answer phone calls. My shower only had cold water. The line to check out was too long. Elevators were with lots of people. Sometimes a twenty minute wait
Cons: Instead of the dollar amount of the order confirmation $258.93, Avis billed at 636 Euros, while in spite of the fact that I showed my insurance included it in the bill, added kaie something non-existent services. Very bad and dishonorable.

Long wait time
Pros: Professional staff was helpful, car was clean and worked perfectly.
Cons: Took over an hour of waiting in line and then another half hour waiting off to the side before I could receive the vehicle.

Poor customer service
Pros: Car was ok and comfortable
Cons: The car was brand new and the brake discs were wrapped. The entire car was shaking when braking. I called the Avis customer service 3 times and did not get any help with an exchange of the car. Avis does not care about their customer and failed to help me to address this issue. I am very disappointed
Cons: I was given much trouble about proving my credit card covered insurance. I will never rent from Dollar again because I go through the same thing every time. The rental is very expensive and I got an inferior car to what I had reserved. At first he tried to pass off to me this huge, clunky van that was Far bigger than what I have reserved; when I complained and asked for an intermediate size car they gave me a smaller car and charge me the same price. The overall experience was very negative and a waste of time and money. Disappointed.

Pros: The car and service was fine.
Cons: When I called from the Frankfurt train station to find out where the Dollar counter was located, the person in Ireland told me to go to the Hertz counter at the train station. We waited almost 2 hours for that counter to open, only to be told that Dollar was not at that counter. Instead, we needed to take a cab for $7 to a different Hertz dealer.
We asked for a map, and none was available. We didn't have Internet, or any idea of how to get around without a map. Thought that was a basic to be included with any rental.

Pros: Located very close to the metro station.
Cons: We returned the car a day early as we didn't realize the rental facility wasn't 24 hours (we had an early morning fight the next day).
