Pros: Friendly, easy-going customer service. Good price. My wife was really stoked that we got a Fiat 500.
Cons: Only one minor complaint: once you leave the rental counter it can be difficult navigate through the innards of Frankfurt's Terminal 1/2 to find the cars. The rental agent tried to describe it, but we still got lost. I think there could be better signage, or maybe the Enterprise folks could hand out a simple map.

Cons: The price quoted was completely misleading. There was no possibility to opt out of insurance, despite the fact that I was covered.

You can rely on Enterprise when no one else can he
Pros: Very friendly service when I needed help. It seemed that representatives actually cared what I cannot say for any of the other service providers in Frankfurt, especially Buchbinder & Global Drive who have provided me with the worst service ever.

Cons: Pickup process was extremely long. We were given the wrong vehicle 3 times. It was the worst experience on our first day in Germany. The price of renting was ridiculous. Never renting again.

Pros: Car was new.
Cons: The attendant showing us the car had no knowledge of the vehicle. Did not walk around the car to show damage/no damage. We requested GPS, was told the car did not have GPS, then got in the car and it had a built in GPS.
Tried to return the hand held model given to us and then was told they could not take off the charge for the GPS. It felt like we were getting the run a round and people were rude.
Was told the vehicle would be a Ford S-Max and there were none in the lot. Had to get a C-Max. Just overall a bad experience.

Best price in the bunch
Pros: Price of the rent was great, car was an upgrade, nice clean car and great location in terminal 1
Cons: Attempt of the personal to sell me insurance was intrusive to say the least. I wish you be more sensitive towards your customers.

Pros: I don't often rent cars in Germany so I was not certain how it might differ from the US - but I am happy to report that the process for picking up and dropping off a car is comfortably similar and there were no complications due to language or cultural differences. Car was exactly what I needed. Service was swift, cordial and professional.
Cons: A significant damage deposit was required on my credit card despite having purchased a rental policy when I booked the car online. Instead of directly covering any damage or accidents, apparently the policy is offered by a broker and you will have to pay damages first then claim reimbursement from the policy issued by the broker. This was not clear to me when booking and purchasing the policy. But at least I had coverage at what seemed a reasonable price to me. Refund of deposit was prompt.
Cons: I was given much trouble about proving my credit card covered insurance. I will never rent from Dollar again because I go through the same thing every time. The rental is very expensive and I got an inferior car to what I had reserved. At first he tried to pass off to me this huge, clunky van that was Far bigger than what I have reserved; when I complained and asked for an intermediate size car they gave me a smaller car and charge me the same price. The overall experience was very negative and a waste of time and money. Disappointed.

Royal RIPOFF! STAY AWAY
Cons: Made reservation with Dollar for quoted total at FRA. When i arrived Hertz claimed my credit card did not cover the "mandatory" extra insurance (it was fine for another ~10 car rentals at FRA airport in the past year) and forced my to buy insurance for $15 or so per day, I lost almost $200. They even had the gall to tell me that the extra insurance offered by Kayak would have been a waste and I would have been forced to get their BS insurance anyhow.

Very very disappointed
Cons: - Charging for local insurance costing almost double the rental price, although I bought insurance already with my booking.
- Staff was not knowledgeable, not friendly, and extremely rude. I mentioned I am Hertz gold member and a holder of a platinum AMEX card and that still didn't waive the local insurance, although the agent said in the beginning of the conversation that it would.
- After going through all the hassles and finally figuring out what the agent wants. There were no automatic cars available and the agent refused to offer an upgrade and asked to wait a couple of hours till there are automatic cars available.
- I called the booking phone number to escalate, got a Hertz agent on the phone and she said she couldn't locate my reservation to resolve the problem.
- A wast of money and time. Never again with Dollar and probably not with the parent company Hertz either. Not my first disappointing experience with Hertz Germany though.

Pros: The car and service was fine.
Cons: When I called from the Frankfurt train station to find out where the Dollar counter was located, the person in Ireland told me to go to the Hertz counter at the train station. We waited almost 2 hours for that counter to open, only to be told that Dollar was not at that counter. Instead, we needed to take a cab for $7 to a different Hertz dealer.
We asked for a map, and none was available. We didn't have Internet, or any idea of how to get around without a map. Thought that was a basic to be included with any rental.

Not flexability and no customer service
Cons: By a mistake I've ordered the car and the pickup wasn't from the airport. I've asked Dollar in Frankfort airport to change the location and I'll pay for this change but he told me he cant do it with Dollar and the rental office in the city where I'm supposing to pickup the car is already closed.
Interesting there is no customer support service for Kayak, shame.
I'll consider my business with Kayak in the future!!

Pros: They gave us a bigger car with 6-speed diesel. It was great on mileage and kept up with German autobahn traffic.
The price was very reasonable.
Cons: The place didn't have the right number address so the cab driver was confused. We left the place and then drove back to it. It would have been nice to know that you could take the train/subway to within a block and just walk.
The car was not equipped with GPS which I had requested weeks in advance; then they had none on site and we had to wait for one to be delivered. Then we had to discuss the car insurance, which I purchased online through the rental website. They wanted to see the policy, not just the agreement. After a phone call and me having to say that I did not need insurance, I was given the car. The check out time took much longer than necessary. The clerk was kind and friendly throughout the whole ordeal.

Pros: An amazing price on a month long rental. The service was amazing, the car was brand new.. perfect experience.
Cons: Instead of the dollar amount of the order confirmation $258.93, Avis billed at 636 Euros, while in spite of the fact that I showed my insurance included it in the bill, added kaie something non-existent services. Very bad and dishonorable.

Long wait time
Pros: Professional staff was helpful, car was clean and worked perfectly.
Cons: Took over an hour of waiting in line and then another half hour waiting off to the side before I could receive the vehicle.

Poor customer service
Pros: Car was ok and comfortable
Cons: The car was brand new and the brake discs were wrapped. The entire car was shaking when braking. I called the Avis customer service 3 times and did not get any help with an exchange of the car. Avis does not care about their customer and failed to help me to address this issue. I am very disappointed

The car was too small.
Cons: Wasn't expecting a Fiat 500. Its too small. Only two doors. No room for luggage.
Pros: It was a nice car at an affordable price. Significantly nice than a Fiat 500.
Cons: you could provide directions to the closest gas station near the drop off center.

Flawless rental process once we found the Hertz office.
Pros: We liked that the car came with the Swiss toll prepaid. Our check out and check-in went smoothly. However, the Hertz location in the Frankfurt airport was difficult to find to get the process going. We could have used a tutorial in using the self-start and blinker functions. We were new to this car brand. Loved the reverse/back-up camera.
Cons: Had trouble turning blinkers on and off. Brakes were touchy.

Rude customer service
Cons: The price of the car. I upgraded the booking to an automatic car. The incharge person was rude and give me no other option but to rent their expensive car.
Cons: Inconvenietly located far from from airport necessitating shuttle.

Met my needs - best value
Pros: It was a well maintained vehicle and priced just right. Affordable alternative to the train or a long distance shuttle to my destination with the freedom to be mobile when I arrived at my final destination.

Cons: Very difficult to find the shuttle. Took a long time to get the shuttle back. It is hard to find the location when returning the car as they don't have any maps and there are no signs indicating how to get there from anywhere on the road.
It is not at parkplatz Hirsch as advertised (though they share a shuttle) it is on an isolated road.
The shuttle is at parking lot 29 and there is no map to that in the airport. It took a lot of question asking and about 45 minutes to find the shuttle location. Not at all obvious. Would not rent again from here.

Nice car for touring europe
Pros: The car was very nice, the service was excellent.
Cons: This company is about five minutes from Frankfurt airport, on a free shuttle. Not bad, but one more thing to think about .
Cons: The location demanded that I obtain insurance and pay USD 500 before they would give me the car since I did not have a copy of my insurance showing that rental cars were covered. Who cares a copy of their insurance disclosures? If I had known, I would have obtained a copy before I left the US.
Thus, I had to call my insurance company at my expense and have them email a copy that I could then email to the renal counter.
I will not use Kayak nor Hertz for a rental car again and will tell all of my friends to not use them also.
