We got a car, was difficult to get out of, we should have taken a SUV, we are seniors. The car was nice. The passenger seat was uncomfortable for the 1 1/2 hour drive.

I booked 3 weeks in advance and when I got there they didn’t have the right car. The one they gave me didn’t work in the snow, at all .. in January. I called the next day for another, got bounced around between agents, they didn’t have anything with snow tires, and when I finally got a half decent car they tried to double charge me … even after I got confirmation I wouldn’t be charged extra, they tried again at drop off. A huge scam company honestly … go elsewhere and if you have to rent from them, be ready to advocate for yourself.

My rental car did not have snow tires!! The weather was very wintery and the car was unsafe on the roads. I was vey lucky not to have ha an accident. The car drifted and the brakes almost always locked and kept sliding. It was frightening and frustrating!!! A very bad experience 😩

Person at check out did not explain things in detail. I did hear the other company say to a guest they were checking in to look for dents and picture same to know they were there before we took the car. Good thing as the car had a large dent in rear passenger door. We did picture it and hopefully do not have any trouble with being charged for it.
