They didn’t prepare the car well. The windows of the car was fully Forozan snow and I had hard time to wipe them out.

Pros:

The person who helped me was incredibly helpful and on the ball with everything, and his attitude was positive and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be renting from this location again.

Cons:

I have to pay a toll fee, I shouldn't have to pay extra if I pay on time. I want to pay it now before it comes in the mail. but i have been told that you contract out the bills and I will have to pay an extra 3/4 dollars on top. I am aware it is only 3/4 dollars but still

Pros:

Easy and fast pickup. However, nobody says what to do if something happens. The comfort of the car is ok.

Cons:

I didn't expect to have battery issues (or any kind of mechanical issues) with a Cadillac.

A representative never showed up at the airport to meet me, they never tried to contact me to say there was an issue, and the phone number given never worked. I called 24 times throughout the day. I ended up renting from Europcar at the counter for three times the price. I think it's a SCAM. I was in Vienna.

I couldn’t find the location and no shuttle to the location of the car. The website description makes it seem as though it’s the airport area. It is not. Tried to call the facility but no answer. Ended up getting a rental from hertz which provides transportation to car rental area. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDER.

There was nobody at the office. And they refused to refund me after not having a car.

We had to call from the airport twice to get a pickup to the rental location which was 10 minute ride . Once there we found out that they did not recognize our insurance and I had to pay $260 for insurance . This now made my rental car more expensive than what was at the airports . Drop off went smooth , but we were dropped off at the rental location other than airport drop off for the airport .

Very bad. We paid by card $14 for two days, but when we went to get the car they ask us to pay 7 times this price plus $150 as a deposit. Why not to tell us the truth from the beginning, so we know the exact price. I am asking for paying me back the $14.

The rental location is terrible. It's a small office on a shady strip. The cars are on the roof of adjacent parking deck. The Guys who work there are really nice but the car was shady. It had no window fluid, it was a screech every time you turn. The back seat headrest didn't work. The list goes on... Just pay the extra money and go to a reputable place. This place is below low budget. Never again!

Terrible terrible company. They gave away our car/cancelled our reservation and never gave us any solutions. Walked away from us while we were talking to them. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Took a long time to get car due to offsite location. Charged an extra $40 for additional mandatory liability insurance’. Not worth the hassle of this rental.

1 hr to pick up car. There were two people and only one person with an open register. I got there 10 minutes before 7 am and left at 8 am. Drop off was very quick, thankfully

I don’t know. I never got to rent it. My flight got delayed and they cancelled my reservation and then closed. Luckily there were half a dozen places still open.
