The people who work at your location on 24th st were very patient with me and almost made up for what I believe is an illegal bait and switch scheme.Cons:
I put in my pickup location on kayak as PSC, which is the Pasco Wa airport. I arrive at the pasco airport enterprise counter only to find out that I booked my reservation for the enterprise location 1.5 miles away (even though i put the airport in as my pickup location), and that their policy doesn't allow them shuttle people in between ocations. My options were to pay for a cab to enterprise, or pay more money for a worse vehicle than what i booked because the full size vehicles were out of stock at the airport. Convenient hey, how i put in the airport code where i want to pick it up and then get told my only options are to pay more money than what I booked. I walked to the other location, in my suit, after a flight. It was a short flight, but that doesn't make it any more comfortable for a 6'6" person. I will only be booking car rentals with enterprise and kayak in emergencies from now on because I believe they both lack integrity and don't care about the consumer.Avis

I had an Avis rental scheduled for four days for $104.00, but I ended up getting charged over $440. I scheduled the pick up for 12:00 pm. the next day after I flew in to the Walla Walla Airport because the rental site was listed as closed after 6:00 pm. However, when I arrived they were open, so I checked in and asked if I could pick it up that evening and pay for an extra day. The desk clerk was very pleasant and worked on the reservation and told me that it would cost a little bit extra to re-reserve. When I returned the car in Spokane I discovered the $440 charge. The Spokane Airport Avis couldn't help me, and I've tried calling the Walla Walla location, but they never answer. The clerk could have informed me that the cost would more than DOUBLE to make the change, or she could have even rented me a car for one day and then linked the two reservations together.Hertz

Hertz office closed. Went into the airport to rent vehicle and no one there. Just a sign that said call a number that was an answering machine for a Hertz office in Yakima. Called three times. Nobody ever called back.Cons:
If a car rental company is going to close during COVID, let your customers know. This was a major inconvenience and there is nothing a customer can do about it. Don’t rent cars from small airports during Covid, you won’t get one. Especially from these booking sites.4.0 Mediocre
